Experiences

Free cancellation with a 100% refund until 24 hours before the scheduled start, unless the experience page shows a different period before payment. In that case the period shown applies (currently 48 hours for Sailboat, Romantic Picnic and Romantic Experience). Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise or KAN agrees in writing. All deadlines use Guatemala time.

Weather, how to cancel and refunds

Weather: normal rain, clouds or a poor forecast do not qualify for a refund outside the free-cancellation period. If you choose not to take part because of ordinary weather, the normal policy applies. If KAN or the provider cancels for safety, you choose to reschedule or to receive a full refund.

How to cancel: use the link in your confirmation email. The page shows your exact deadline and refundable amount before you confirm, and opening it never cancels anything. Or write to info@kanlodge.com.

Refunds: refunds go to the original card and are confirmed only after the payment provider verifies them. Timing depends on your bank and is not guaranteed. If eligibility is unclear, our team reviews the request personally.
